Terms of Service for Sponsorship Toolkit

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Sponsorship Toolkit (hereinafter referred to as “the Toolkit”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Toolkit.
2. Description of the Toolkit The Toolkit provides a sponsorship database that consists of manually collected data from publicly available sources. It is designed to assist users in identifying potential sponsorship opportunities.
3. User Responsibilities Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and currency of any data retrieved from the Toolkit. TCACC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information contained in the database. It is the user’s responsibility to double-check all information before use.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty The Toolkit and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TCACC disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information for any purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall TCACC or any of its affiliates, partners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Toolkit or reliance on any information retrieved from it.
6. Modifications to Terms TCACC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Toolkit after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
